By accessing and using our platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SMM Deal Finder. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform. Your continued use signifies your unconditional acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

Use of the Platform

SMM Deal Finder grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to strict compliance with these terms. Any use beyond this scope is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access. You warrant that you will use the platform in accordance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. Any illegal or unauthorized use of the platform is strictly forbidden.

Account Registration

To access certain restricted features of the platform, you are required to register for an account. You hereby represent and warrant that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, current, truthful, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to promptly update your account information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate, current, and complete. SMM Deal Finder reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Subscription and Payment

Access to premium features of the platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected by you, and are non-refundable except as provided in the Refund Policy below or as expressly required by applicable mandatory law. You authorize SMM Deal Finder to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay subscription fees in a timely manner will result in immediate suspension of your access to the premium features. SMM Deal Finderreserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to you. Continued use of the premium features after a fee change constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a self-serve subscription plan purchased through our website. If you are not satisfied with the platform, contact our support team within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will refund that payment in full. This guarantee applies once per customer and only to self-serve plans, and it lapses as soon as you spend credits, whether included with your plan or purchased separately, for example on sending AI-personalized emails, adding contacts, or purchasing dedicated infrastructure. Once credits are spent, the payment is final.

All other payments are non-refundable. This includes subscription renewals, credit purchases, managed and enterprise plans, and dedicated infrastructure purchases such as domains and inboxes. For these, non-recoverable third-party costs, including domain registrations and mailbox provisioning, are incurred on your behalf at or shortly after the time of purchase. Due to the sensitive, proprietary, and commercially valuable nature of the data provided by SMM Deal Finder, once data is delivered or made accessible to you outside the guarantee period, it is deemed that you have received full value for your payment. Except as described above or as required by applicable mandatory law, all payments are final.

Data Protection

We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, comprehensively explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information about you. By using the platform, you explicitly consent to our data practices as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and SMM Deal Finder cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, graphics, images, software, compilations, and other materials on the platform (collectively, “Intellectual Property”) are the exclusive property of SMM Deal Finder or its licensors and are rigorously protected by international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. You are strictly prohibited from using, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any Intellectual Property without the express prior written consent of SMM Deal Finder. Unauthorized use of any Intellectual Property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SMM Deal Finder, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if SMM Deal Finder has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by you for access to the platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

Modifications to the Terms

SMM Deal Finder reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time, without prior individual notice to you. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised terms on the platform. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review these terms for any changes. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of any revised terms constitutes your unequivocal and binding acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Data Retention

Upon subscription cancellation, account data will be retained for up to 90 days to allow for account restoration. After this period, we reserve the right to permanently purge or anonymize your data.
